Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellation more than 60 days prior to rental will receive a full refund of monies paid minus a $150 rebooking fee.
• Cancellation 60 to 30 days prior to rental will receive a full refund of monies paid minus a $150 rebooking fee provided Pinebrook can rebook the property for the same dates.
• Cancellation less than 30 days will receive no refund.

Burlington, IA – The cabin was very relaxing. We were close to everything we wanted to do. The view of the mountains, heavenly. The evening fires in the fireplace were relaxing. And I enjoyed watching the hummingbirds feed in the morning while fixing breakfast. It has been one of our best vacations.
