CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellation more than 60 days prior to rental will receive a full refund of monies paid minus a $150 rebooking fee.
• Cancellation 60 to 30 days prior to rental will receive a full refund of monies paid minus a $150 rebooking fee provided Pinebrook can rebook the property for the same dates.
• Cancellation less than 30 days will receive no refund.

Wichita, Kansas - Just walking into this cabin was amazing! It's what you would picture when staying out in the woods in a cabin. I have been skiing in Colorado for 5 years now and this area is completely different scenery than if you were to go to Breckenridge or Keystone - so much prettier. Eldora Ski Resort, only 20 minutes away was great because it was small, very reasonable, but not crowded! It was so much fun and reminded me of Breckenridge slopes! I would definitly go back to this cabin again! The scenery, the drive, and the people were great and would beat Breckenridge and Keystone any day! I would recommend this cabin to anybody.
