RENTAL DEPOSIT = 50% of rental to secure booking.
RENTAL BALANCE = Remainder of rental + refundable damage deposit, due at least 30 days before arrival.
TOTAL PAYMENT = Total amount of rental + refundable damage deposit.
SMOKING POLICY:
No smoking of any kind is permitted. If violated, the entire damage deposit will be forfeited.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation 60 days or more prior to rental will receive a full refund of monies paid minus a $150 rebooking fee.
Cancellation 60 to 30 days prior to rental will receive a full refund of monies paid minus a $150 rebooking fee provided Pinebrook can rebook the property for the same dates.
Cancellation 30 days or less will receive no refund.
