Built in 1929 as one of the six original fishing cabins along the river, the cabin originally rented for one dollar a night. Moondance was lovingly remodeled with modern plumbing . . . and a beautiful new kitchen. Sitting just a few feet from the river, Moondance is a magical hideaway.
Very nice. We had a good time exploring Estes Park, Boulder, Georgetown, and Keystone. Thanksgiving away from home was made easy with the well equipped kitchen.
Moondance is perfect! We loved the sound of the river day and night! The hummingbirds greeted us often during the early morning and evening. The cabin was so close to Estes Park which was great for fly fishing and rafting trips. This was truly a Rocky Mountain High vacation.
Once we were in, we had to add one more night - 4 mornings by the river.
Loved the cabin and how it has everything we needed and wanted. Beautiful counters! The river and the snow were wonderful! Everyone was super nice. Really enjoyed our stay.
